Vanessa Dawson is a singer, sound healer, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator devoted to creating spaces of deep presence, embodiment, and compassion. Her work weaves together yoga, sound healing, and conscious living practices to support nervous system regulation, authentic self-expression, and reconnection to the heart.
At the core of Vanessa’s work is a deep commitment to veganism as a spiritual and ethical practice, rooted in compassion for all beings and alignment with the natural world. She is the founder of an animal sanctuary and brings this philosophy into her retreats through thoughtfully curated, plant-based experiences that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
With a background in vocal performance and transformational sound work, Vanessa uses the voice as a powerful tool for grounding, release, and remembrance. Her retreats are known for their gentle depth, soulful connection, and welcoming atmosphere—offering participants space to slow down, listen inward, and return to themselves.
Vanessa believes that true transformation happens through presence, and she is honored to guide others in spaces that feel both expansive and deeply held.
I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher who received my certification from Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico. I am a Balanced Body Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor who trained at EHS Pilates in San Francisco and San Mateo College. I am a TRX certified instructor and Barre Above instructor. I am also a Reiki Master and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. In 2020 I became a certified Master Pilates Instructor through the National Pilates Certification Program and began to host teacher trainings through various host studios. I love being able to share my experiences with future instructors. I am constantly learning new modalities of movement and healing and integrating this knowledge into my work with clients to help them move the best they can. I had taught movement for 13 years in Santa Cruz, California before moving to Denver in 2022. I love working one on one with clients as well as teaching fun and challenging group classes. I have a special interest in working with clients who are post-rehab, pre/post natal, diagnosed with neurological conditions, actively aging, and athletic. I also host various workshops and retreats both nationally and worldwide.
Beside my love of movement, I also have a deep love and respect for the ocean and a passion for animals.

Kayla is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and sound healer teaching in NJ and NYC with a commitment to continued education. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has always had a deep passion for fitness and wellness. Alongside her professional career, she has built a life centered around movement, mindfulness, and balance, and she hopes to help others discover their own sense of balance, strength, and peace through yoga. Her teaching combines her energetic love of movement with an intentional approach that encourages students to slow down, listen to their bodies, and be present.
An adventure seeker at heart, Kayla loves exploring new places, spending time in nature, and connecting with others. She believes a balanced life makes room for it all—strength and softness, movement and rest, discipline and freedom, and the moments that make us truly feel alive.
For Kayla, yoga is more than a physical practice. It is a foundation for a life that feels true to who you are. Her goal is to incorporate yoga, meditation, breath-work, and sound healing to help others feel the same way.
