Susan will also lead immersive sound bath journeys and vibrational healing sessions
designed to recalibrate the body at a cellular level. Through crystal bowls, tonal
frequencies, guided visual meditation, and breathwork, participants will experience deep
states of relaxation, integration, and energetic reset.
These sessions are crafted to soften the edges of stress and bring the body back into
